Policies
Parking:
Please park on the street and not in the driveway. Pulling into the driveway for a drop-off or pickup is fine, but this is still a residence and if your vehicle is going to be here for any length of time, the residents may have the need to come and go.
Payments:
All lessons are payable at the first lesson of each month, unless paying by Semester. If you choose to pay by Semester, you must pay by the second week of the current semester.
The preferred method of payment is Interac Email Money Transfer which is available through most online banking sites. Interac Email Money Transfers can be sent to vocalteacher@dawnboudreau.com. Payments may also be made in cash, cheques made out to Dawn Boudreau Music, or online at www.DawnBoudreau.com (Semester payments only).
Missed Lessons:
If the student is unable to make a lesson, given 24 hours notice we will do our best to provide a replacement lesson. If less than 24 hours notice is provided to the teacher, or if the schedule is full, the student assumes the responibility for this lost time. No refunds or credits will be issued for this time.
Stopping lessons:
If you wish to discontinue lessons, a notification period of two weeks is required. Whether the lessons are taken by the student or not, these must be paid.
This Half Hour has 27 Minutes:
Half hour lessons will end after 27 minutes to allow for the change over of student times, any transactions or parent communication that need to take place.
